Interviews
In the first instance you will be interviewed by telephone by Consultants working with us and then with the Human Capital team. If you advance, you will have another interview with people who work in the area for which you have applied.

Proposal
Once the interviews are closed, all the people who met you will evaluate your process in its entirety. If you advance, Human Capital and the person leading the search, will contact you to make the job proposal, where we will tell you what it consists of and explain everything about the experience of working with us.

Onboarding
If you have decided to accept the proposition, we will start with the onboarding. We will ask you for the documentation to prepare your file and we will define your starting date. During the first few weeks, you will go through the inductions to get to know your new job even better and start living the fyo experience!

An interview is your time to ask us any questions you want. We recommend you take a look at our website and our social networks to find out what the business and the world of agribusiness is all about. Write down your experiences to better structure your ideas and make the most of the interview time. You can practice how you will tell us about your strengths and why the job should be for you.
Generally a process lasts between one and two months, but these times may vary, depending on the availability of all the people involved and the urgency of the position.
These are usually open questions. During the conversation, we will ask you to share some experiences and we will ask questions about them. We are interested in how you dealt with certain situations. Therefore, we will probably ask you for a certain level of detail (what you did, said or thought at that moment) and to focus on experiences in which you played a leading role.
If you are not selected for the position, we will notify you by email or telephone. Remember that your details will remain in our database and we may contact you for future opportunities.
